What security deposit do you require?

Before pickup we take a refundable security deposit of 4,200 PLN. This covers your responsibility for possible damage up to the agreed limit. The deposit is returned after the vehicle is checked on return, usually within a few business days, provided there is no new damage, traffic fines or missing fuel.

How and when do I pay for the rental?

To confirm a booking we usually take a booking payment (for example 30% of the rental value). The remaining amount and the security deposit are paid before pickup, by bank transfer or other agreed method. All amounts are shown clearly in your offer and rental agreement – there are no hidden fees.

The main driver must have a valid ID or passport and a driving licence held for at least the minimum period defined in our rental requirements. You need to sign the rental agreement, accept the terms and pay the security deposit or choose an extended insurance package. How long does the pickup or return appointment take?

Plan around 30 minutes for each. During pickup we walk you through all the camper's features, systems and controls so you feel confident before hitting the road. The return check is similar – we inspect the vehicle together and confirm everything is in order.

Can you deliver the camper to my location?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can deliver and collect the camper at your address. The fee depends on the distance from our base. Just let us know where you need it and we'll give you a quote. For longer rentals delivery is often more convenient than picking up yourself.

What is the minimum rental period and can I book a long trip?

Depending on the season there is usually a minimum rental duration (for example from 2–3 days in low season and longer in high season or holidays). You can also book longer trips of several weeks or more – in that case we will suggest the most comfortable dates, mileage plan and price conditions for your route.

No, mileage is unlimited. You can drive as far as you like without worrying about extra charges per kilometre. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a month-long European road trip, the price stays the same.

Depending on the season and availability you can add camping furniture, grills, additional sleeping sets, sports or outdoor gear and other accessories that make life on the road easier. How does the gas supply work?

The camper comes with a full gas bottle for cooking and heating. There is a one-time mandatory gas bottle fee of 150 PLN included in your booking. If you run out during your trip, you can exchange empty bottles for full ones at petrol stations or hardware stores across Europe.

Do you provide bedding, pillows and towels?

Yes, we offer a complete sleeping kit with duvet, pillow and fresh bed linen for 50 PLN per person for the entire rental. It's a convenient option if you prefer not to bring your own, especially for longer trips or flights.

Where can I travel with the camper? Can I go abroad?

Our campers are prepared for travel throughout Poland and most European countries. When you book we ask where you plan to go, so we can confirm which countries are allowed under the insurance and where extra conditions apply. Some destinations may be limited or require prior approval – we’ll always tell you clearly what is possible for your dates and vehicle.

Absolutely! There are no restrictions on ferry travel. Whether you're heading to Scandinavia, the UK or island-hopping, you're welcome to take the camper on board. Just factor the vehicle dimensions into your ferry booking – we'll provide the exact measurements.

What insurance is included and what is my responsibility?

The rental price always includes mandatory liability insurance and casco coverage according to the rental agreement. You are responsible for damage up to the amount of your deposit or deductible, unless you choose an extended protection package. During handover we explain exactly what is covered, how to behave in case of an incident and which optional insurances you can add.

Can I use the camper in winter or in the mountains?

Selected campers are configured for colder seasons – they have proper insulation, efficient heating and often winter tyres and chains. If you plan a winter or alpine trip, let us know in advance so we can propose the right vehicle, explain the limitations (for example use of water system in sub‑zero temperatures) and share practical tips for safe winter camping.

Can I leave the heating on overnight while sleeping?

Yes, you can use the heating all night. The system is designed for safe overnight operation. Just make sure the gas bottle has enough fuel or that you're connected to shore power if using the electric heater.

Can I travel with a dog or other pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes, well‑behaved pets are welcome as part of the family. Please tell us in advance that you are travelling with an animal so we can prepare the camper accordingly and explain any additional cleaning rules or fees if they apply. We also share tips on how to secure your pet safely while driving.

Is the camper suitable for children and baby seats?

Many of our campers are family‑friendly and equipped with seat belts and Isofix points where you can safely install child seats. Tell us the age of your children and we’ll recommend layouts that sleep everyone comfortably and work well with child seats. You can also ask us for suggestions on child‑friendly routes and campsites.

In what condition do I need to return the camper?

On return the camper should be reasonably clean inside, with emptied grey‑water and toilet tanks and a full fuel tank, unless your agreement states otherwise. If you prefer, we can arrange cleaning or tank emptying for an additional fee – just let us know in advance. During handover we show you step by step how everything works so returning the vehicle is simple.

Do I need to wash the camper before returning it?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't need to wash the exterior. Normal road dirt from your travels is expected. Just make sure the inside is tidy, remove any rubbish, and empty the grey water and toilet cassette. Return it with a full fuel tank and you're all set.

What happens if I return the camper late?

If you're running late, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate. Unarranged late returns are charged at the full daily rate. If the camper is more than 24 hours overdue without any contact, we are required to report it and the security deposit is forfeited.

What is your cancellation or change policy?

Cancellation and change conditions depend on how far in advance you cancel and on the season. In general, the closer to the start date, the higher the non‑refundable part of the booking payment. You are never alone on the road. Before departure we give you a thorough handover and practical guide. What should I do in case of an accident or damage?

Safety comes first – make sure all people are safe and, if needed, call emergency services. Then contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you through the next steps. In most cases you will need to fill in an accident report, take photos and exchange details with any other parties involved. We help you organise assistance and handle communication with the insurer.

Who is responsible for parking tickets and fines?

All traffic and parking fines, road tolls or penalties issued during your rental are the responsibility of the driver. If we receive a fine after the trip, we are obliged to identify the renter to the authorities and may charge an administrative fee for processing it, as described in the rental terms.
